Exchange and Refunds

(a) We will exchange or refund any items which are returned unopened within 28 days of despatch.

(b) Products which have been subject to our garment decoration service can not be returned for exchange or refund, unless the product has a manufacturing fault, in which case the product(s) will be exchanged or a refund offered.

Please ensure that high value items are returned via registered or recorded post and that they are insured. We cannot be held responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods.

Refunds will be issued within 1 week of the returns being received.
