Payment and Delivery

Normal dispatch will be within 48 hours of order, for items that are in stock or up to seven days for an item that is temporarily out of stock (subject to availability). Orders for goods which require garment decoration are subject to a lead time of 14 working days. All delivery charges will be clearly stated on your order and include insurance.

You will be advised by e-mail of any delays to your order and will be offered the facility of a part dispatch if practical.

Please ensure that the correct postal delivery address is entered on the order as we cannot be held liable for any missing packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of our own.
