Payment and Delivery
Normal dispatch will be within 3-4 working days
* of placing an order, for items that are in stock or
7-10 working days for an item that is temporarily out of stock (subject to
availability). Repeat orders for goods which require garment decoration are
subject to a lead time of 14 working days. For new orders that require set-up
and the approval of proofs, a lead time of 21 working days* is applicable

your order and include insurance.
You will be advised by e-mail of any delays to
your order and will be offered the facility of a part dispatch if practical.
Please ensure that the correct postal delivery
address is entered on the order as we cannot be held liable for any missing
packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of
our own

Exchange and Refunds
All
returns either for exchange or refund must be authorised. Please e-mail
sales@uniforms-direct.co.uk to
request a returns form for completion
(a) We will exchange or refund any items which are
returned unused within 28 days of despatch
(b) Products which have been subject to our
garment decoration service can not be returned for exchange or refunded, unless
the product has a manufacturing fault, in which case the product(s) will be
exchanged or a refund offered

Returns/Exchange procedure. To request a return/exchange, please e-mail your
request to
sales@uniforms-direct.co.uk where upon receipt, a returns form will be
forwarded to you for completion and return via e-mail. Upon receipt of your
completed form, a Returns or Exchange Number will be issued to you via e-mail.
This should be printed off and enclosed with the goods.
We strongly recommend items are returned via
registered or recorded post and that they are insured. We cannot be held
responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods. In the case of returned
goods we will refund the cost of the garments only, postage & packaging costs
are not refunded. Exchanged items will be sent out carriage paid, upon receipt
of the returned product
We reserve the right to apply a handling charge in
respect of returned goods which will not exceed 20% of the purchase price of the
item(s) being returned
Refunds will be issued within 1 week of the
returns being received.

2. Prices
Uniforms Direct has taken every care in the
preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices
quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly
described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors
in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. The price for goods ordered by you
and accepted by us will be that stated on the website at the time of order.

8. Faulty Goods & Complaints
All complaints will be dealt with sympathetically.
Any items that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be
replaced or refunded immediately. However, we reserve the right, in the case of
questionable complaints, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection
in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer
informed of the progress of their complaint. This procedure may take up to 30
days.
10. Cancellation Right
You have the legal right to cancel your order
within seven working days of receipt of the goods, except for goods supplied in
accordance with Section 7(b). You may cancel your order by:
(a) sending a notice of cancellation by e-mail,
fax or post ensuring that you quote your name, address and customer reference
number;
(b) where you have received the goods already, by
returning all the goods unopened together with the original invoice within 7
working days from the date you received the goods
We will then refund you the purchase price of the
goods upon inspection, less any handling charges (see below). Please note that
you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we
delivered the item to you in error. Customers will also be charged for any
missing accessories or components which were part of the order being returned
We reserve the right to apply a handling charge in
respect of returned/cancelled orders which will not exceed 20% of the purchase
price of the item(s) being returned.
Once we receive notification from you that you
wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum
debited from your credit or debit card in relation to your order will be
re-credited to that credit or debit card account as soon as possible, and in any
event within 28 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return
are received in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. If you do
not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the
trade cost price of the goods
