Uniforms Direct takes the security of customer's payment details very seriously, therefore we use the most secure methods for processing card payments to ensure that card details remain 100% secure and confidential.
We use SAGE PAY a leading payment service provider (PSP) who collect the card details and present them to our processing merchant STREAMLINE for authorisation. The highest security encryption is used and at no time are customer's card details available to anyone. We do not collect and download card details, nor can we take more than the full value of the original transaction, but we can take less if an order were decreased. If an order needed to be increased we would need to take another payment.
SAGE PAY do not store card details for customers orders, nor do they supply customers personal details to any party other than Uniforms Direct.
